As a Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a hands‑on role supporting customers across a wide range of service needs. This role is well suited to a technician who is confident in the field, comfortable working directly with customers and property managers, and motivated by delivering quality work across both residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, service, and installation of HVAC units.
- Handle customer‑facing HVAC service calls in residential and commercial settings.
- Explain HVAC issues on‑site and recommend appropriate repairs to customers.
- Communicate clearly with property managers to support service and repair needs.
- At least 2 years of HVAC technician experience.
- Hands‑on experience performing HVAC maintenance, service and repair, and installation.
- Ability to work on a range of equipment, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, RTUs, furnaces, and commercial refrigeration systems; experience with VRF systems is a plus.
- Experience handling customer‑facing HVAC service calls in residential and commercial settings, including explaining HVAC issues on‑site and recommending repairs to customers.
- Experience communicating effectively with property managers.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics, rooftops, or tight spaces.
- EPA Certification, NATE Certification, and TDLR Registration.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to provide the basic field tools needed to run service calls, including hand tools, a multimeter, and pressure gauges.
