Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Communicate with office staff and customers
- Deliver a high-quality experience to the customer
- Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Collect payment using the provided web-based tools
- Manage materials and tools inventory
- As the team grows:
- Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
- Train technicians on proper techniques and safety
- Must speak English
- Hands‑on drywall experience with proven leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
