Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform a variety of tasks involving use of hand tools, such as, but not limited to, minor demolishing activities, wood, and metal stud framing
• Prepare material takeoffs
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
• Perform skilled carpentry work
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and company equipment
• Receive materials and offload in a safe and proficient manner
• Prepare surfaces for paint and other applications
• Other duties, as assigned.
• Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), and weekends. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.

• High school diploma or equivalent desired, and 2 to 3 years experience in skilled carpentry
• Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol testing
