Salary: $80k- $120k/year

• Valid plumbing tradesman license or higher in the state of Texas.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and other fixtures.
• Cut, thread, and solder pipes using appropriate tools.
• Diagnose and resolve common plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing broken pipes.
• Maintain water heaters, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear information and addressing concerns.
• Skillfully operate hand and power tools related to plumbing tasks.
• Maintain and repair waste and vent systems.
• Lay, align, and position pipes for proper drainage.
• Follow safety guidelines and practices diligently.
• Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC integration with plumbing (optional).
• Conduct preventative maintenance by inspecting plumbing systems regularly.
