Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various client sites across Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Austin, TX

What’s the Job?
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Conduct interior and exterior inspections of properties, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and grounds, to ensure safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, update work order statuses in real‑time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
What’s Needed?
  • Universal EPA certification.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform on‑call duties as needed.
