Punch Technicians work with various hand tools to complete minor issues on job sites before they move onto the next phase of construction.
Responsibilities- Use hand tools to address minor issues on job sites as part of the construction process.
- Collaborate with the area supervisor to identify opportunities to improve workmanship quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support technicians in potential career pathways toward startup technician or field supervisor roles.
- Trade skills are helpful, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
