MAA is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Austin, TX. You will perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and property facilities in good order, including preparing apartments for move-ins and following a preventative maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
