The University of Texas at Austin’s Planning, Design and Construction team seeks a Sheet Metal Technician in our Mechanical Shop. This role performs journey-level fabrication and installation of sheet metal components for campus construction, renovation, and repair projects, while supporting other shop trades and campus events.
Daily duties include fabricating and repairing ductwork, documenting work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project requirements.
