Bell Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior upkeep of our apartment communities. You'll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical skills.
