Olympus Property in Austin, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to inspect apartments and perform repairs to ensure units are ready for new resident move-ins, aligning with our core values and fast-paced environment.
This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. You will repair plumbing, electrical fixtures, paint, seal surfaces, replace doors, caulk cracks, wash and treat surfaces, estimate material costs, and complete work orders for residential rehab and turnover projects.
