** POSITION OVERVIEW
** We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as an active EPA Certification.
** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Perform routine, and unscheduled, maintenance and repair of commercial systems including air-cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handler units, valves, fan coil units, variable air volume systems, etc
* Diagnose and repair of machine and equipment defects including electronic, mechanical, and electrical components related to these systems
* Inspect and test system components to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
* Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, general servicing, and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems
* Assist in installing, retrofitting, and commissioning commercial chiller systems and related HVAC equipment
* Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to assess and repair HVAC systems
* Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial Chiller and Refrigeration Equipment
* Comfortable and knowledgeable in electrical including electrical components, timers, contractors, relays
* Adhere to safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements related to HVAC and refrigeration systems
* Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site, customer interface
* Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients regarding maintenance schedules, energy efficiency, and system improvement
* Prepare and present detailed service reports to customers
