The Olympus Property is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for resident move-ins in the Austin area. You will inspect units, repair plumbing/electrical fixtures, paint and seal surfaces, replace doors, and complete work orders to meet our high standards.
We offer full-time hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM), competitive pay ($21-$22/hour), bonuses, and benefits including tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) with employer matching, and paid time off.
