We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor for the Austin, TX area to manage and coordinate the service team ensuring all upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently while maintaining a customer‑service driven environment.

• Lead and supervise maintenance team on duties such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural work, and appliances.
• Diagnose problems and schedule and supervise in‑house and vendor work, including on‑call rotations.
• Maintain high occupancy and rent levels by following professional maintenance practices, quality control, and company policies and procedures.
• Use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and communicate via email.

• Minimum 4 years of trade‑related experience with at least 1 year of hands‑on apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal tools.
• Willingness to share on‑call duties with team members.
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.

Hours:

8 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday. Participation in emergency on‑call rotation; bonus paid when on call.
