Clean Scapes is hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Crew Member

Schedule

• Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers
• Proficient use of various hand tools
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance
• Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
• Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

• No previous landscaping experience is required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, maintenance, or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office or job site.
• Ability to work the night shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM) consistently.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
