Develop and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance schedule for Herc owned fleet at long term customer job sites;
Oversee and conduct oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services;
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment; troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic and propane systems;
Recondition and replace parts to return equipment to safe operating condition;
Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs; educate customers on proper equipment use
