TESIM Electric is hiring Journeyman Electricians ready to run commercial electrical work in Central Texas' data center and mission-critical pipeline. You'll install, terminate, troubleshoot, and lead less-experienced crew — the production workhorse of the job.

• Commercial electrical installations: feeders, gear, branch, lighting, controls.
• Conduit bending, cable pulling, terminations, and control wiring.
• Reading drawings and specifications; executing to plan.
• Mentoring apprentices and setting the safety and quality standard.
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and punch-list closeout.

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license.
• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Fluent in NEC; able to read drawings and specs.
• Reliable, safety-first, and quality-focused.

• Data center, mission-critical, or industrial project experience.
• Medium voltage, switch gear, generators, UPS, PDU/busway.
• OSHA 10 or 30.

$37–$48/hr DOE. Top-of-market pay for top-of-market work.
