REMEDI8 is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team in Austin, Texas, specializing in fire door inspection, maintenance, and repair for healthcare and commercial facilities nationwide. • Experience in fire door inspection, maintenance, repairs, or similar field service work
• Ability to read and work from Life Safety Plans independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• High attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies
• Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
• Accurate record-keeping and documentation habits
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Ability to work occasional overtime, nights, weekends, or modified schedules
• Ability to climb ladders, work above ceiling spaces, and in confined spaces
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings (motor vehicle record, drug testing, background checks, etc.)

• Fire door, life safety, or code compliance experience preferred but not required
