Your morning starts in the San Antonio--Austin market, coffee in hand, headed to a customer shop where a high-precision VMC needs a quick diagnosis. By midday, you're verifying an installation checklist at another facility, and by afternoon you're wrapping up a preventive maintenance visit so your customer's spindle stays humming. Most days end close to home, with only minimal nights away during the week.

• Deliver day-to-day field service across the local market: repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues; support sales efforts and deliver light user training when needed.
• Communicate clearly with operators, programmers, maintenance leads, and managers.
• Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
• Own your service cases and projects; keep accurate customer records and technical documentation.
• Pitch in on additional related tasks as assigned.

• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-first mindset with clear, professional communication.

• Building and executing preventive maintenance plans
• Motor replacement, repair, and routine service
• Comprehensive CNC machine repair
• CNC equipment installation and startup
• Setup and changeovers for CNC jobs
• Spindle care, maintenance, and rebuild/repair
• Systematic troubleshooting of CNC machines

• CNC Mill (3--4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2--4 axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
