Position Summary
We're hiring a Regional Implementation Specialist to lead Eyrus's project implementation and customer relationships across Texas and the American Southeast region. The position is based remotely in the Dallas Fort Worth or Austin area. The position will be overseeing and supporting every active project in the region, coordinating system deployments, and training on-site personnel to use the platform effectively. This position requires travel as needed for client support.
This is a hands-on role that blends Eyrus project management, hardware support, and field coordination. The position will work directly with general contractor teams, subcontractors, and Eyrus's internal operations, sales, and technical groups to ensure each deployment runs smoothly from kickoff through go-live while continuing to manage the ongoing support with the client. A central part of the role is building and managing Eyrus's regional network of local low-voltage technician subcontractors—engaging them for installations on larger projects and keeping those partnerships strong as a foundation for Eyrus's growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Eyrus projects across the region of coverage and beyond, as needed.
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for customers and Eyrus field teams.
- Plan and coordinate IOT and hardware deployments such as access control, turnstiles, cameras, guard booths, and supporting IoT infrastructure — across multiple concurrent job sites.
- Lead on-site system installation and commissioning, working alongside contractors, electricians, and low-voltage installers to ensure equipment is set up and configured for operation.
- Train general contractor staff, security personnel, and trade workers on the use of the Eyrus platform, including badging, access workflows, and the dashboard management.
- Troubleshoot field issues with hardware and connectivity, escalating to internal technical resources when needed and driving them to resolution.
- Manage the Eyrus implementation project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication, keeping internal teams and customers aligned on status and next steps.
- Partner with sales and operations to support new project onboarding, scoping, and site walkthroughs in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional general contractor contacts to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded deployment.
- Source, vet, and engage local low-voltage technician subcontractors to perform hardware installations on Eyrus's larger regional projects.
- Oversee subcontractor installations on site—coordinating scope, ensuring crews are fully supported throughout the install, and confirming the work meets Eyrus standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local low-voltage subcontractors, developing a reliable regional installer network that is key to Eyrus's continued growth across Texas and the Southeast.
- Provide field intelligence back to the company — site conditions, customer needs, and product feedback — to improve how Eyrus deploys and supports its systems.
