• Fix vehicles right the first time
• Test drive vehicles, if necessary, to verify customer complaints
• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints
• Advise the Service Advisor if additional work is needed, or if work recommended is unnecessary
• Stay up to date on all Infiniti technical bulletins
• Participate in Infiniti‑sponsored training and programs
• Use ASIST and TECH LINE for assistance with difficult repairs
• Ensure that the vehicle is left as clean, or cleaner, than when it arrived for service
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Service Director, such as performing quality control on designated vehicles

• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior shop experience required
• Prior dealership experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electronic components, theory, systems, and testing tools and procedures
• Skill in diagnosing and repairing all key vehicle systems and components
• Knowledge of the proper procedures for handling hazardous materials
• Knowledge of the proper procedures for using tools and equipment
• Knowledge of the proper procedures for ensuring the technician’s own safety, the safety of co‑workers, and the safety of customers and their vehicles
• Basic writing skills to record work performed and recommend future service requirements on R.O.s
• Ability to read and interpret R.O.s
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

• Personal productivity and efficiency performance at or above established goals

• Keeping work area neat, clean, and organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Express Technician: $20 per clock hour
• Technician Apprentice: $23+ an hour based on experience
• Main Shop Technician: $30+ an hour based on experience
• Master Technician: $40+ an hour based on experience
• Relocation assistance up to $500 reimbursement, paid out after 30 days of employment
• 10k signing bonus for a Main Shop or Master Tech Position (eligible for the first year of employment)

• Monday‑Friday 7:30AM – 5:30PM
• Saturday 7AM – 4PM (work one Saturday per month)
• Full‑time, average 45–50 clock hours per week
