Aecon invites you to join our team on critical substation construction projects across North America. As a field assistant, you will assist daily substation construction activities, interpret IFC drawings under supervision, and support installation of conduit, grounding systems, and other components.
You will work under Foremen and Supervisors to perform tasks safely and efficiently. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
