The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our Austin-area properties running smoothly. You will report to the Service Manager and assist with resident work orders, preventive maintenance, and turn-ins/outs.
We value core hospitality and customer service, and seek team players who can troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues while upholding property standards. A valid driver’s license is required; HVAC/CPO credentials are preferred.
