Smiths Detection is seeking a Level 2 Field Service Technician to service Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites in and around the Austin area. You will troubleshoot, install, repair and train customers while maintaining accurate service logs and supporting the Technical Support staff during downtime.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid electronics repair background, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
