- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes
- Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
- Use Service Titan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand
- 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
- Comfortable using an iPad and Service Titan software
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
- Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contractors, and motors
- EPA Certification and TDLR license required
