Maintenance Technician

Austin, TX

Full-Time
Pay Range: $60k – $85k base per annum (depending on experience)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience for the lowest level role.
- H.S Diploma
- Strong plumbing background.
- Plumbing license preferred/required depending on level.
- Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience — MUST HAVE.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and jump into different types of maintenance issues.
- Strong communication skills — must be comfortable coordinating with nursing leadership and other departments.
- Looking for a true jack-of-all-trades — someone who can handle plumbing but also isn't afraid to tackle other facility issues.
- Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and respond to work orders efficiently.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
