Japanese Safety Spotter

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Bilingual Japanese and English Safety Spotter, located in Taylor, TX. The Safety Spotter will be responsible for fostering clear communication between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking team members, translating safety instructions, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Tasks will include providing real-time translations during safety briefings, offering guidance and training, and serving as a liaison to promote a safe work environment.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese with strong Translation skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Minimal to no experience needed "Manufacturing or Fab experience is a plus"
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus
• Understanding of safety compliance protocols is a preferred qualification
