Connect Pediatrics is looking for a Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Austin, Texas area. The role focuses on providing in‑home therapy services for pediatric patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and communicating with families.

• Provide in‑home therapy services to pediatric patients with a broad range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients’ families, offering regular communication and updates on goals and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses—to develop holistic treatment plans addressing each patient’s diverse needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that accurately records the care provided and communicates changes in the treatment plan to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in care‑plan discussions with team leads and supervisors to share insights, discuss patient progress, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

• A current, valid Texas SLP Assistant License (no clinical deficiency).
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.
