Life Works Austin is hiring a full-time Outreach Navigation Specialist for the Street Outreach team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on community outreach for youth and young adults up to age 24 who are runaways, street-dependent, or homeless, providing assessment, service planning, advocacy, crisis intervention, and follow-up to promote stability in housing, education, employment, and wellness.
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and prior experience with YYA populations; bilingual Spanish
