The Ville Lebrun Housing Facility, located in Sainte-Mesme (Yvelines), supports 30 adults with disabilities who are engaged in professional activities, mainly within the Fondation Mallet's Supported Employment and Training Service. The facility promotes their autonomy, social inclusion, and personal growth by providing individualized educational support in daily life activities, leisure, and citizenship.

We are looking for an Educational and Social Companion (M/F) for the Housing Facility located in Sainte Mesme.

Position in full-time permanent employment to be filled on September 1st, 2026.

You will be responsible for:

• Accompanying residents in daily life activities (getting up, going to bed, hygiene, room cleaning, travel management, meals, autonomy, etc.) by promoting the development or maintenance of their abilities.

• Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of personalized projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, families, and partners.

• Participating in educational activities to promote the autonomy, social inclusion, citizenship, and empowerment of the individuals supported.

• Designing, organizing, and leading educational, cultural, sports, or leisure activities according to the needs, expectations, and projects of the residents.

• Ensuring a supportive and safe presence, taking care of the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the residents and fostering a climate of trust.

• Observing, identifying, and transmitting useful information about the health status, behavior, or difficulties encountered by the residents to ensure the continuity and quality of their support.

• Actively participating in team work, institutional meetings, reflection on professional practices, and the continuous improvement process of quality.

• Ensuring respect for the rights, dignity, privacy, and free choice of the individuals supported, in accordance with the recommendations of good professional practices.

• You demonstrate listening, kindness, and respect.

• You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.

• You are organized, autonomous, and adaptable.

• You know how to take a step back.

• You are a force of proposal.

• You have good observation and communication skills.

• You adhere to the values of well-being, respect for the rights of individuals supported, and quality of support.

Remuneration: Remuneration set according to the diploma, previous experiences, and CCN 51.
