Endeavors is seeking a Shelter Monitor to oversee residents, ensure safety, and enforce program rules in a shelter environment. You will document incidents, respond to crises, and support residents with daily needs while maintaining professional boundaries and a safe, sanitary space.
The role requires strong customer service, de-escalation skills, and experience working with vulnerable populations. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to multiple locations as needed.
