Summary of the Position: Behavioral Health Intern functions alongside QMHP-CS and under supervision, provides one-on-one psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, group facilitation, case management support, family engagement, and community outreach services to children, adolescents, and families.

Location: Austin, Texas and Surrounding Areas

Qualifications/Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, Sociology, or related behavioral health program.
Familiarity with mental health, substance use, and recovery services
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
