Life Works Austin is seeking full-time Youth Care Specialists to join our Emergency Shelter team in Austin, TX. A Youth Care Worker supports youth ages 13–19 in a 24-hour licensed residential facility, focusing on safety, supervision, transportation and meeting basic needs while fostering development and personal goals.
