Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Management (FCM) QA Supervisor to oversee quality assurance at the account level. This hands-on role reviews case files, ensures adherence to customer standards, and provides constructive feedback to case managers to improve performance.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN or VRC/CDMS licensure, has at least 3 years in field case management within workers' compensation, and can coordinate staffing reviews while escalating complex cases to the QA Manager.
