IS&T’s Identity Management Services team is looking for a creative and motivated Software Engineer with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. • Build software systems that millions of people use every day
• Create secure, high-performance applications that deliver excellent user experiences
• Work on projects from start to finish and help turn innovative ideas into reality
• Explore new technologies and build prototypes to test emerging concepts
• Write quality code and collaborate on problem-solving with your team
• Improve applications to enhance functionality and performance
• Work with different teams to create seamless user experiences
• Help resolve technical issues and develop strong problem-solving skills
• Learn from other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

• 3+ years of software development experience designing and building complex, highly scalable and available web applications
• 3+ years of frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Type Script with frameworks like React or Angular
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Java
• Experience with RESTful API usage and development
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications
• Experience with web analytics, accessibility standards, and modern build tools
• Strong understanding of Type Script and latest ECMAScript standards
• Knowledge of data visualization technologies
• Knowledge of Swift
  
  UI for native Apple platform development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic, agile environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks
• Experience developing configurable UI components is a plus
