Asa Robotics Researcher ,you’llworkattheforefrontof
R&D—shapinghowembodieddataiscollected,structured,andusedforrobotlearningandperception.
- Defineandstandardizeroboticsdataformats,schemas,and benchmarks.
- Designinnovativedatacollectionmethods(human demos,teleop,sensors).
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoalignonmodeltrainingdata.
- Evaluatedatasetsfordiversity,scalability,andimpact.
- Prototypeexperimentsandtoolsforefficientdatagathering.
- Stayupdatedonleadinglabs(Tesla,Figure,1X) andintegratebestpractices.
- 3–5+yearsinrobotics
R&D,dataengineeringorappliedresearch. - Stronggraspofroboticsdatapipelinesandmultimodalschemas(RGB-D,IMU,pose,language).
- Experienceinrobotperception,control,ordata-driven learning.
- Excellentcommunicatorwithcross-disciplinarycollaborationskills.
- Degreein Robotics,CS,EE,orrelatedfield.
- Experienceattoproboticsor
AI companies. - Familiaritywithembodied
AIdatasetsorimitationlearningpipelines. - Hands-onsensorprototypingexperience.
Theannualbasesalaryrangeforthisfull-timepositionis $150,000–$200,000
