This position is based in Austin, TX.

• Iterate quickly with product / client teams and other engineers to deliver novel product experiences to customers
• Implement robust data pipelines that scale effectively to accelerate result delivery
• Build effective data classification and evaluation systems to unlock customized insights
• Take ownership of full-stack features and delivery
• Keep us on the cutting edge of technical developments and obsess over engineering a modern AI-enabled developer stack

• Demonstrated experience with modern agentic coding practices and approaches
• Expertise in building and deploying robust web applications to cloud platforms
• Skilled at designing sophisticated architectures and decomposing problems
• Hyper-growth mindset – get up-to-speed with new technologies and platforms in hours, not days
• Thoughtful and intentional communicator – you like to debate tech and hone your ideas
