Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, and integration patterns.

Proven ability to lead engineering teams delivering in Agile/SAFe environments.

Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, governor limits, multi-org strategy, and deployment processes.

Experience working in a multi-vendor, global delivery model.

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, and System Architect) are highly desirable.

• Lead technical delivery across Salesforce clouds and Platform customization
• Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards, solution architecture, performance optimization, and reusability.
• Oversee the full engineering lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Make critical decisions on custom vs. configuration, manage governor limits, and enforce best practices across development.
• Ensure proper implementation of Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, Omni Studio components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Review solution designs in collaboration with architects to ensure technical scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams (onshore and offshore) to deliver features on time and with high quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Dev Ops, QA, and Release Managers to align on sprint scope and release cadence.
• Lead code reviews, technical workshops, and root cause analysis sessions for production issues.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git.
• Drive test automation strategies and ensure continuous integration across feature branches and environments.
• Monitor and improve deployment quality and rollback strategies.
• Explore and introduce new Salesforce capabilities and design patterns.
• Optimize performance of Apex code, SOQL queries, and component rendering.
• Promote reuse, modularity, and automation in engineering workflows.
