Senior .NET Application Developer; Blazor & Web Systems

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Application Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise web-based applications. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end solutions using C# .NET, Blazor, SQL, and modern web technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on development experience, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions.

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex web-based and client/server applications
• Develop and maintain database objects including stored procedures for Oracle and SQL Server environments
• Work closely with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Analyze existing systems, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions
• Enhance and maintain enterprise applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
• Utilize Dev Express tools
  , including advanced grid components, to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces
• Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
• Participate in Agile SDLC activities including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Present software application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for review and approval
• Recommend improvements to development processes and technical approaches
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
• 4+ years of experience with root cause analysis and issue resolution
• 4+ years of hands-on programming experience with technologies including:
• SQL, Stored Procedures
• Oracle and SQL Server
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
• 3+ years of experience collaborating within development teams across the SDLC
• 2+ years of experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools
• 1+ year of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting application changes to stakeholders

• Experience migrating or porting applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles
• Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Prior experience supporting state or public-sector systems

• 100% onsite role – no remote work
• Standard business hours:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding state holidays)
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required with prior approval
