Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Fullstack developer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX
. Candidates must have strong React.js, Next.js, and Node.js expertise while developing robust APIs and delivering performance, reusable front‑ and back‑end components.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Build reusable, scalable UI components and backend services, ensuring high performance and clean architecture.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and work with Graph
QL where required. - Work with databases such as Mongo
DB, Postgre
SQL, or MySQL to design efficient data models and queries. - Ensure application performance, security, responsiveness, and troubleshoot/optimize issues across the stack.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross‑functional engineering teams to ship high‑quality features and participate in code reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Strong client requirement:
Proven expertise in building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working with databases such as Mongo
DB, Postgre
SQL, or MySQL. - Strong client requirement:
Experience with modern JavaScript/Type Script, frontend frameworks (React/Next.js), backend development with Node.js, and familiarity with authentication, security, and best coding practices.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
