Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers. In this unique position, you will leverage your frontline expertise to help shape advanced AI training models focused on firefighting, prevention, and emergency response. Your insights will directly contribute to the enhancement of digital tools designed to support and advance fire safety worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert input and feedback on firefighting and fire prevention protocols for the development of AI training models.
  • Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accuracy and realism in AI-driven simulations.
  • Review and validate fire emergency scenarios, response strategies, and preventative measures for training datasets.
  • Communicate critical operational nuances in both written and verbal form to support model refinement.
  • Identify gaps in current AI training content and recommend improvements based on real-world supervisory experience.
  • Ensure content aligns with industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in periodic virtual meetings to review progress and share industry best practices.
