• Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Contribute to the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through testing and deployment. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient software products that meet user and business needs.
• Software Development:
  Contribute to development, support, and quality assurance efforts; utilize automated testing to ensure reliability and accuracy of services.
• Software Architecture and Design:
  Participate in architectural decisions and design of scalable, distributed systems; contribute to technical direction and implementation strategies that are maintainable and performant.
• Technical Documentation:
  Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and guides for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Product Releases and Deployments:
  Support releases and deployments with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production launches.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze datasets for accuracy and logical values to ensure data integrity and inform product improvements.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:
  Participate in code reviews, identify improvements, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality metrics.
• Team Mentoring and Leadership:
  Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and promote technical excellence and continuous learning.
• AI Tools and Practices:
  Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality; stay informed about AI applications in software engineering.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to implement solutions and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
  Investigate and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot production incidents, and minimize downtime.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation:
  Stay current on industry trends and best practices and apply them to improve development processes.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
• 6+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or C#, with ability to learn new languages and technologies as needed
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for backend services
• Experience contributing to epics and participating in technical direction and implementation strategy
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation of build, test, and deployment processes
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance
• Experience in financial services or background in financial markets, trading platforms, or related technologies is a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot production systems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
