As a Principal Salesforce Engineer, you will be the lead architect of our mission‑critical Salesforce platform. You will design the "paved paths" that allow data to flow effortlessly between Salesforce, our broader enterprise ecosystem to power advanced analytics and Agentforce autonomous workflows. Your deep technical expertise in both declarative and programmatic development will ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the AI‑first era.

• Architect Multi‑Cloud Solutions:
  Design and implement robust, high‑availability architectures across Sales, CPQ, Service, and Marketing Clouds that support Realtor.coms core business functions.
• Lead AI & Agentic Innovation:
  Spearhead the deployment of Agentforce and Einstein GPT, moving from user‑initiated tasks to event‑driven, autonomous agents that own business outcomes.
• Develop High‑Scale Integrations:
  Build secure, high‑performance integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events to sync Salesforce with downstream fulfillment and finance systems.
• Uphold Engineering Excellence:
  Define and enforce standards for code quality (Apex, LWC), security (Zero‑Trust), and Dev Ops (CI/CD) to ensure platform stability and 99.9% availability.
• Mentor & Influence:
  Act as a technical mentor to Senior and Lead engineers across multiple squads, driving consensus on complex architectural decisions through RFCs and design reviews.
