UI Engineer
Our client is seeking an experienced UI Engineer to support development of a large-scale CMS-driven Single Page Application. You'll join a high-performing UI team of approximately 8 frontend engineers within a broader 30+ person product organization. The team operates in agile two-week sprints with daily standups, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable web experiences.
This is a hands‑on role for self‑driven engineers who take ownership, proactively pick up backlog items, and contribute meaningfully to product quality and usability. You'll typically handle 1–2 larger features per sprint while collaborating closely with design, product, and backend engineering.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU- Translate design concepts into fully functional web applications
- Rapidly prototype and implement UI solutions
- Develop high-performance, scalable JavaScript code
- Integrate frontend applications with backend web services
- Identify, debug, and resolve JavaScript and CSS defects
- Optimize existing frontend codebases for performance and maintainability
- Collaborate on UX decisions based on business requirements
- Create reusable components, standards, and code snippets
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning
- Contribute to unit testing and overall code quality
- Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision
- 5+ years of experience with Angular 16+
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script
- Solid unit testing experience
- Strong HTML/HTML5 and CSS3 skills (pixel-perfect attention to detail)
- Ability to write complex code, analyze changes, and suggest improvements
