Lead Salesforce Developer; w​/.NET and Dynamics): C2H

We’re very excited to be working with one of the biggest Financial Services companies in Texas in their search for a Lead .NET/CRM Developer for their Austin headquarters location. While the position is a Lead role, the role will be 75% hands‑on.

This is a W2/Contract to Hire position (Please, NO Corp‑2‑Corp, C2C).

The Position is Hybrid, with 3 days/week on‑site in the West Austin office.

• 5+ Years Software Development Experience
• 1+ Years Experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead
• 4+ Years Experience in the Microsoft C#/.NET Stack
• Heavy Experience Integrating CRM's (Dynamics 365, Sales Force)
• Experience in a Cloud Hosted Environment (Azure Heavily Preferred)
• Strong Documentation
• Any nCino Experience Would be a Bonus
• High EQ and Ability to Communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders
