We’re looking for a highly capable Software Engineer to help build cutting-edge AI systems used in real industrial environments. Our technology runs 24/7 in high-volume production settings, solving complex problems at the intersection of software engineering, physics, chemistry, and manufacturing.

If you enjoy fast iteration, hands-on problem solving, and working closely with users, you’ll thrive here. We move quickly, collaborate constantly, and ship to production every day, often directly from customer sites.

• Build and iterate on prototypes, then turn them into robust, maintainable software
• Work across the stack on real-world challenges in manufacturing and industrial AI
• Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and observability
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and onsite teams
• Develop solutions that work reliably at the edge, even in tough environments

• Exceptional ability demonstrated through work, projects, or achievements
• Fluency in Python, C/C++, Go, Typescript, or Java
• Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, Docker/Kubernetes, and observability tools
• Clear communication and a love of solving real problems with real users
• Comfortable working fully in-office and in dynamic, fast-moving environments
