We’re looking for a strong technical leader — not a people manager who used to code, but someone who still can.
This role is for a hands‑on Engineering Manager who has led teams of 5+ developers and brings both technical depth and practical leadership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ship scalable cloud‑based healthcare solutions.

- Hands‑on technical depth (architecture, system design, code reviews)
- Sound judgment and common sense in decision‑making
- Ability to balance velocity with quality
- Experience building cloud‑native healthcare platforms
- Startup or high‑growth environment experience
