Job Description

Support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• Lead backend development team—architect and design microservices using Spring Boot.
• Drive end‑to‑end technical delivery.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Optimize microservices for performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct RCA.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud microservices, Kafka / Rabbit

MQ, REST APIs, Postman, Swagger, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle/MySQL/Postgre

SQL, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Domain skills in Banking / Payments, experience with core banking, digital payments, fraud systems, understanding of PCI‑DSS, encryption, audit logging.

Experience:

5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefit options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
