Software Engineer - Solicitation#

8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

This role will be responsible for participating in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of done for this Agile team. Required hands‑on experience programming applications in Salesforce. The development team follows Agile (Scrum), and the role should have experience with Agile methodologies. Daily operations include documentation of the solutions, analysis, problem resolution, design, development, communication with other team members and participation in solution delivery, and other responsibilities required for the unit operations.

Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root‑cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Available for on‑call support as needed.

ONSITE/Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

• 8+ years experience in Salesforce:
  Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and implementing solutions using configurations (no‑code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow rules.
• 8+ years experience in Software Development Life Cycle processes, coding standards, change control, version management, and assessing  architecture to provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the  platform.
• 8+ years experience in all end‑to‑end technical aspects of a  program: classic‑to‑lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, 3rd‑party applications, and custom development.
• 8+ years experience implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) to integrate third‑party applications and core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• 8+ years experience integrating Salesforce with cloud‑based and on‑premises applications via standard and custom REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce.
• 4+ years preferred experience with Dev Ops technologies including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git.
• 2+ years preferred experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
• 2+ years preferred experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
