We’re continuing to grow our US technology setup and looking for a Software Developer to join our established team in Austin, TX. You’ll play a key role in building and maturing IT solutions for our US trading teams, working close to the business and with colleagues across regions. This is a high-impact role with real ownership and influence across our US trading setup.

• You design, build, and evolve software solutions that support our US trading activities
• You take ownership of maturing our existing system landscape with a strong focus on quality and scalability
• You ensure new solutions are maintainable, robust, and fit for a fast-paced trading environment
• You mentor and spar with colleagues, helping foster a high-performance, knowledge-sharing culture
• You collaborate closely with stakeholders, traders, and developers across locations and time zones

You’ll be part of our global Tech community, working closely with trading teams and fellow developers who care deeply about performance, quality, and impact. We work with short feedback loops, high trust, and a shared ambition to rethink how energy trading is done – together.

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle – from idea to production
• You have professional experience with F# and/or C#
• You bring strong engineering fundamentals and a quality-conscious mindset
• You’ve worked in distributed teams and are comfortable collaborating across time zones
• You’re curious about energy trading – prior domain knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
• You ideally have experience with Python, or the motivation to pick it up

• You take ownership and drive things forward independently when needed
• You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and care deeply about building things the right way
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities evolve
• You’re curious, open-minded, and eager to keep learning and improving
