Contract | Hybrid | March 2026 – August 2026 (Extension Possible)
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute across the full development lifecycle.
The selected candidate will work closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams to enhance system functionality, resolve issues, and deliver high‑quality Salesforce applications that support critical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Apex Triggers
- Build and enhance solutions using configuration‑based tools such as:
- Flows
- Process Builder
- Workflow Rules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for defects.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
. - Implement authentication protocols such as OAuth for secure integrations.
- Support data migrations
, system integrations, and third‑party application implementations. - Assess Salesforce architecture and design secure, scalable, high‑performance solutions
. - Support Classic to Lightning migration initiatives when required.
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and deliver according to definition of done
. - Follow SDLC best practices including:
- Coding standards
- Version control
- Change management
- Testing and documentation
- Support multiple environments (development, QA, production).
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and on‑call support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to solution delivery.
- 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex development
- Aura and Visualforce
- Apex Triggers
- Experience implementing solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform best practices
- Experience across full lifecycle Salesforce implementations:
- Data migrations
- System integrations
- Third‑party applications
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services
, JSON, and XML - Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on‑premise systems
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Git, Flosum, or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Start Date: March 9, 2026
- End Date: August 31, 2026 (Extension possible)

Hours:
Up to 1,060 hours - Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required (pre‑approved)
- Hybrid – Austin, TX
- Combination of onsite and remote work
- Candidates are responsible for any travel or local expenses unless pre‑approved
